Better Beginnings

Canada Prenatal Nutrition Program
For caregivers who are pregnant and have newborns up to 6 months old.
Every Tuesday from 9:30-11:30 pm, the Better Beginnings program provides support, education, assistance with access to community services, and a nutritious meal.
Join us for a meal, connection with other parents, and have fun learning about prenatal and postnatal care.
